Az Business Magazine Names Virginia O’Malley a Finalist in 2018 Arizona Corporate Counsel Awards

Redflex Traffic Systems Vice President and General Counsel Virginia O’Malley has been recognized as a finalist in Az Business Magazine’s 2018 Arizona Corporate Counsel Awards in the Public Company category.

The Arizona Corporate Counsel Awards honor the essential role that in-house counsel plays in the success of a business and acknowledges counsel for outstanding legal skill, leadership and contributions to the community.

Virginia joined Redflex as Assistant General Counsel in 2011 and started as Vice President, General Counsel in 2013. Prior to Redflex, she operated a private practice focusing on commercial litigation. She has also worked with a number of prominent Phoenix-area business law firms. Virginia is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, the Maricopa City Bar and the Association of Corporate Counsel, Arizona chapter. She is also active at the community level, serving on the Board of Directors for the Desert View Learning Center and Arizona Marlins Swim Club.
