Moses Lake, Wash. Expands Photo Enforcement Program with Two New Cameras

The city of Moses Lake, Washington illustrated its long-standing commitment to public safety, approving the installation of two more red-light cameras at dangerous intersections.

In partnership with Redflex, the city conducted research and analyzed recent crash data to identify problematic intersections where the photo enforcement technology would deter the greatest number of violations.

Including these new cameras, Moses Lake now has seven photo enforcement systems installed to improve public safety throughout the city. The program first launched in 2006 as part of a concerted effort to deter dangerous driving behaviors on a 24/7 basis while maximizing police resources.
