Redflex showcased Alcyon, the company’s innovative back-office platform for managing potential photo enforcement violations, at Intertraffic Amsterdam, an international exhibition for global leaders in the traffic and mobility industry.
Alcyon automates the camera management process, including data transfer, extraction of incidents, ticket issuance and payments, and appeals and violator self-service. Communities establish priorities within the platform, and it automatically allocates work accordingly. Seamless asset and resource management are utilized to provide call centers with adequate information to provide a positive customer experience.
