Closing Toronto, as my hometown, was my proudest achievement

Agnes is the Canadian Sales Manager at Redfex, creating sales strategies for the Canadian market to ensure that Redflex meets their sales projections for the region. Agnes is responsible for tracking demands and sales trends, building relationships with local  government representatives, anticipating demand of our technologies and services and working closely with various departments on strategy developing for future business.

Having completed a business degree, Agnes started her career in Marketing but people had identified that she had a natural skill set in the Sales area. “In my first job out of school I worked closely with the sales team where I really enjoyed engaging the client,  luckily the company I worked for was flexible and I was able to involve myself more in the sales cycle.  Ultimately I brought in a new client and that first close solidified that sales is what I wanted to do”.

Agnes’s proudest achievement at Redflex so far has been closing the Toronto deal, “while I’ve enjoyed closing Wetaskiwin and SGI, closing Toronto, as my hometown, was my proudest achievement”.

Outside of work Agnes enjoys traveling to new and unique destinations.

Which piece of technology do you wish you’d invented?

I wish I came up with the concept of photo enforcement and developed the first photo radar.
